Risky business utilises the decades of experience from grape grower and viticulturist Rob Quenbyand vintner John Waldron. Since 2013 they have been sourcing fruit from Western Australia(primarily from the Margaret River region) and Victoria’s King Valley, producing small batches of fine and distinctivewines from each area.
Colour: Rich crimson red.
Aroma:Rich aromatics of sweet ripe plums & concentrated smoky steeped fruits.
Palate: Generous and juicy with loads of spicy plum fruit flavours and smoky characters. Wine features a good mouth feel with moderate tannins and a hint of astringency on the finish.
