This Pinot Shiraz blend is a juicy and wellflavoured red. The Pinot Noir provides the perfumed fruits and silky palate weight, while the Shiraz adds bright fruits, structure and framework. With it's gentle tannins and bright fruits, it can be enjoyed at any time and be chilled in the warmer months.

PALATE:
This is a delightful, medium bodied, dry red that’s nicely weighted and very approachable. There’s a generous amount of bright and juicy, delicious berry fruit flavours from the Shiraz with light, smoky cherry fruit flavours from the Pinot Noir; finishing with a gentle touch of tannins. Delicious with or without food.
