NOSE Lifted aromatics of orange blossom, lemongrass & white peach.
PALATE Fresh, lively palate of lemon curd, stone fruit & kaffir lime flavours with a zesty acid pulling the wine through to a long, clean finish.
WINEMAKING Machine harvested in the cool of night, straight to press. Juice was immediately separated from the skins and pressings. The Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon underwent fermentation separately then blended prior to bottling to create a wine that has interest and structure whilst maintaining harmony.
VINTAGE NOTES Margaret River enjoyed a warm, dry Summer with vine canopy management crucial to ensuring fruit quality was retained as the region experienced a couple of extreme rain events. Our white wines are displaying vibrant varietal characters and a bright natural acidity, while the reds are showing more elegant flavours and aromas from this challenging vintage. All in all, the 2021 wines will all have superb flavour, structure and balance.
